An entire remodel and reconstruction of the mill (beneficio) took place during the first quarter of the year 2002. This new beneficio is ecology conscience, taking into account methods that prevent pollution of surface and ground water by employing methods that reduce water consumption.

Throughout the entire process, cup quality of the coffee beverage maintains its original qualification, due to the fact that the wet traditional method of processing the coffee beans has not been changed.

On the contrary, it has been improved, due to the implementation of quality control systems and technology that allow us to maintain a strict control in each and every step of the process.
